Yoga For You

Enhance your yoga practice with a private class just for you. You may want a private class if; you are new to yoga, you want to deepen your practice,  or you simply desire space and time with an experienced instructor devoted to your needs. 

Healing Yoga Session

Meet one on one with an experienced Yoga teacher to address particular injuries or health conditions and how you may use yogic practices to restore balance. You will be screened in a variety of yoga postures to help determine which will be beneficial as take-home practices for you. To facilitate mind/body healing, pranayama and meditation may be recommended as well.  

Beach Yoga

Enjoy the unique island experience of a playful yoga practice on the beach. Feel the ambient sunlight through the palm trees while meditating and take in the healing salty ocean breeze while you practice pranayama. Don't forget to wear your swimsuit, as this class culminates in the water with fun standing poses and a floating Savasana.

Radiant Child Yoga & Family Yoga

This fun class for children of ALL ages, incorporates music, stories and Yoga, to introduce playful movement, awareness of breath and mindful meditations. Classes can be separated by age, or the whole family can enjoy yoga together. Be ready to laugh, dance and sing!

Prenatal Yoga 

Designed to nourish expectant mothers during their magical journey, you will learn to use yoga’s mind/body awareness to connect with your own innate wisdom, body and your growing baby.  Pre-natal strengthens the uterus and pelvic muscles, improves circulation, aids in digestion, exercises the spine, increasing overall comfort.

Mama & Baby Yoga

Bring your baby 6 weeks through crawling and enjoy the opportunity for a re-energizing yoga practice, focusing on toning abs and pelvic floor, re-strengthening the shoulders, quadriceps, and hips, and to recovering internally and externally from pregnancy and childbirth.
